Parmesan Corn
8 ears corn
75 ml mayonnaise 1/3 cup
50 ml parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 cup
30 ml chili powder 2 tbsp
8 lime wedges
Remove husks and silk from corn. Place on hot barbecue, turning every few minutes, until lightly brown all over and cooked through.
Spread mayonnaise on corn.
Combine cheese and chili powder together. Sprinkle over corn.
Serve with wedge of lime; squeezing lime juice over corn before eating.
