Paprikascsirke (Paprika Chicken, Chicken Paprikas)

3 lb chicken; disjointed
2 md onions; minced
3 TB (bacon) fat
1 TB paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 c sour cream

Yield: 4 servings

Wilt onions in fat. Add paprika and chicken. Season with salt. Cover and cook over low heat until chicken is tender, 1 hr. Add cream and heat briefly. Serve with noodles.
