50 ml chicken broth 1/4 cup
284 g fresh spinach, trimmed & cut into small pieces 10 oz
227 g bamboo shoots, drained & sliced 8 oz
8 medium mushrooms, sliced
In a large saucepot; bring broth to boil over high heat. Add spinach, bamboo shoots and mushrooms; reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until spinach is just wilted.
