Orangeade for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (8 Gallons with ice)
Portions: 10 Ounce Servings

2-1/4 quarts Sugar(4 lb), granulated
1-1/2 quarts Water, hot
1 gallon Juice (4-32 ounce can), orange, frozen, concentrated
3-1/2 gallon Water, cold
3 gallon Ice (12 lb), crushed or cubed

Dissolve sugar in the 1-1/2 gallon hot water. Cool.
Add juices and the 3-1/2 gallon cold water to sugar solution. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate.
Add ice just before serving.

NOTE:
4 – 15-1/2 ounce can instant orange juice may be used in Step 2. Use 5 lb (2-3/4 quart) granulated sugar and 2 gallon hot water in Step 1.
