1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon brandy or your favorite flavoring
1 cup cooked rice, cooled
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Fresh strawberries and fresh blueberries for garnish
Combine cream, sugar and brandy. Whip. Fold in rice and almonds.
Alternate rice-cream and fruits in layers in parfait glasses.
Makes 6 servings.
