1/4 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon powdered fruit pectin
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon poppy seed
In a small nonmetallic bowl stir together orange peel, orange juice, pectin, honey, and poppy seed. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight before serving. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days. Serve over fruit salad.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
