Mushrooms with Tarragon

Makes 4 servings

3 cups button mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
salt to taste

Saute mushrooms and garlic in oil till soft. Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve.
