8 cups boiling water
2 regular-size tea bags
2 cups mint sprigs
1/3 cup sugar
Pour boiling water over tea bags. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; discard. Add mint and sugar; stir well. Discard mint. Serve hot or cold.
