Mongolian Beef

3/4 lb flank steak, cut across the grain

Place in bowl and add
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon wine
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Heat up 1 or 2 tablespoon oil in wok and cook 2 large cloves of garlic minced, stirring. Add meat and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 6-10 whole szechuan red chili peppers. Add 1 bunch green onions cut into 2 or 3 inch length cook a few more seconds. Add a little more wine, a little more soy sauce, and 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce. Serve with rice.
