1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
4 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
In a mixing bowl beat yellow cake mix, egg, and melted butter. Beat till thoroughly combined. Press the mixture into a 13″ x 9″ pan.
Beat 3 eggs, cream cheese and vanilla until creamy. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over the crust.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Garnish with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and chopped nuts. Cut into squares.
Makes 36 bars.
