75 ml mayonnaise 1/3 cup
45 ml sour cream 3 tbsp
15 ml parsley, chopped 1 tbsp
15 ml green onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp
15 ml plain vinegar or apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp
1.5 L red or green leaf lettuce leaves, torn 6 cup
250 g cooked chicken, ham or beef roast 8 oz
125 g cheddar cheese, cubed 4 oz
250 ml tomato wedges 1 cup
125 ml radishes or cucumber, sliced 1/2 cup
125 ml carrot, shredded or green pepper, chopped 1/2 cup
For dressing; combine mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, green onion and vinegar in a blender container or food processor bowl. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Cover and chill.
Combine torn greens, ham, chicken or roast beef, cheese, tomatoes, radishes and carrot in large bowl. Pour dressing over salad. Toss to coat.
