1 medium bunch broccoli, florets & pieces
1 medium head cauliflower, florets
1 red onion, sliced
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
MARINADE
250 ml canola oil 1 cup
150 ml dry white wine 2/3 cup
15 ml dijon mustard 1 tbsp
5 ml dried dill weed 1 tsp
5 ml salt 1 tsp
5 ml sugar 1 tsp
.5 ml pepper 1/8 tsp
In a large bowl; combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion and green pepper.
MARINADE: In a small bowl; add oil, wine, mustard, dill weed, salt, sugar and pepper. Blend well.
Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 or 2 days stirring occasionally. Remove vegetables with slotted spoon and serve..
