1 medium bunch broccoli, florets & pieces
1 medium head cauliflower, florets
1 red onion, sliced
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
MARINADE
1 cup canola oil 1 cup
2/3 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
In a large bowl; combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion and green pepper.
MARINADE
In a small bowl; add oil, wine, mustard, dill weed, salt, sugar and pepper. Blend well.
Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 or 2 days stirring occasionally. Remove vegetables with slotted spoon and serve.
