1-3/4 cups mango puree
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 cup sugar
1-3/4 cups sour cream
Blend puree, juice and sugar. Chill. Beat sour cream smooth and blend in. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions.
Makes about 1 quart.
