Low Fat Pineapple Lemon Water

For you who just don’t like water, how about this drink? To increase your water intake, you could make a more dilute version and have just a hint of the fruit flavors.

2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
2 lemons, juiced
2 cups water
2 teaspoons granulated sugar, or more to taste *
fresh mint, for garnish

Puree the fruit, juice, and water in a blender or food processor. Strain and pour into glasses with cracked ice. Stir in the sugar to taste, and garnish with fresh mint.
