4 medium cucumbers (about 4 ounces each), diced
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons diced red onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Mix ingredients together in a medium bowl.
