1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup broth
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon finely snipped chives
1 tablespoon minced tarragon
Combine vinegar, salt, white pepper, mustard, paprika, and Worcestershire in a food processor. With machine running, add oil in a thin-steady stream. Add remaining ingredients, pulse to mix well Cover and chill for 2-48 hours. Serve slightly chilled.
