1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup non-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons fat-free Coolwhip
1 reduced-fat sheet of graham crackers (4 small crackers), crushed
2 packets of Equal sweetener
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
few drops maple extract
Combine all above ingredients adding berries last.
