1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
Mix all the above together until well mixed and blended. Heat on high in microwave oven for 3 minutes. Stir at 1 minute intervals. Can serve with crackers or fresh vegetables. This dip is served while it is hot.
