La Paz Fruit Salsa

2 Mexican papayas (peeled, seeded and chopped)
1 cup cilatro (stems removed and chopped)
4 jalapenos (chopped)
juice of 1 lemon
1 small red onion, chopped fine
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Combine ingredient. Squeeze the lemon over the top last. Mix lightly.

Serve with corn chips. You may add one or two chopped ripe peaches or nectarines for variety.
