1 onion finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
2 teaspoon thyme leaves
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 to 6 hot peppers, finely ground
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together to make a paste. A food processor is ideal for this. Store leftovers in refrigerator in a tightly closed jar for about a month.
