Jarlsberg Quiche

5 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 cup Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
One 9-inch pie crust
butter
nutmeg

Bake pie crust at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes. Cool. Beat eggs, add a pinch of salt. Beat in cream. Cover crust with cheese and pour in eggs, dot with butter and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
