Italian Dressing

1 small clove garlic; crushed
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano; chopped
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds; crushed
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
salt and black pepper

Yield: 4-6 servings

Put all the ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously.
