Dry Milk 1 cup 3 cups 12 cups 13 cups
Warm Water 3-1/2 cups 10-1/2 cups 2-1/2 gallons 2.8 gallons

Make a Well in flour, work to consistency of very soft yeast dough. Let rest 10 min. Make into balls. Let rest 5 min. roll or pat out with hands into rounds about the size of a plate. Cut in half or quarters. Fry in hot shallow fat.
