Iced Lemon Souffle

1-6 oz, pkg. lemon Jello or 2-3 0z. pkg.
2 cups boiling water
juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 can lemon-lime soda
1 pint heavy cream
fresh strawberries or raspberries

Stir together Jello mix and boil. water. Add juice and rind of lemon and soda. Place mixture in fridge and chill till slightly thickened. Remove and beat with mixer till foamy. Beat cream till stiff and fold into lemon mixture. Pour into mold or stemmed glasses and chill well. Garnish with fresh berries.
