Hungarian Liptauer Cheese

8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 c butter
3 tbs. sour cream
2 anchovy fillets
1 teaspoon capers
1 tbs. finely chopped onion or chives
1-1/2 tbs. paprika
1 tbs. mustard
1 teaspoon caraway seeds

Cream together cream cheese, butter and sour cream. Mash the capers and anchovy together Add anchovy mixture and all other ingredients together, mix well. Form a ball and sprinkle with paprika.
