Hunan Spice

4 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoon ground Szechuan peppercorns
2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon ground ginger
2 tablespoon dried cilantro
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon mustard seed

Here is a recipe for the Hunan spice that goes on you meat. It is great and can be used on beef, chicken, pork, fish

Combine all in a jar and shake well to mix. Use in Hunan Chicken, Pork, Beef.

Makes about 14 tablespoon

Use about 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons per 1-1/2 lbs. of boneless meat and 1/2 cup liquid.
