Hot Pepper Salad

15 ml butter
250 ml creamy italian salad dressing
1 garlic clove, minced
2 green pepper, sliced into strips
2 yellow pepper, sliced into strips
2 orange pepper, sliced into strips
2 red pepper, sliced into strips

In a frying pan or wok, simmer butter, italian dressing and garlic. Add pepper strips and gently stir. Simmer on low heat for ten minutes. Serve as a side dish.
