Hot Crab Dip

serves 6-8

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2-3 tsp Tony’s Original, to taste
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne, to taste
1/4 cup green onions (about 2-3 stalks)
1 serrano, diced (can sub jalapeño)
Juice and zest from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
2 oz shredded parmesan cheese (plus extra for topping)
1 lb fresh lump crab meat, drained (can half the amount of crab)
3 cloves garlic, grated
Toasted baguette, to serve
Chives, to garnish

Preheat oven to 350 F

Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Gently mix until fully combined.

Add your crab mixture to a baking dish. Top with extra Tony’s Original, cheddar and parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, then finish under the broiler until nice and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh chives and serve with toasted baguette slices, chips, or veggies. Enjoy!
