1 cup mayonnaise
2 large hardboiled eggs, chopped
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Combine mayonnaise, chopped, hard-boiled eggs, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion salt, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Chill. Serve as a sauce over vegetables or meat.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
