575 g potatoes, cut into chunks
125 ml parmesan cheese, shredded
20 ml prepared horseradish
20 ml sour cream
125 ml heavy cream
salt & pepper to taste
Cook potatoes in water until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Mash with potato masher or mixer on low speed. Mash in parmesan cheese, horseradish and sour cream. Mash in cream. Season with salt and pepper.
