4 large eggs
2-1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cups vegetable oil
1 (16-ounce) can pumpkin
3-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup frozen cranberries
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix sugar, oil, and pumpkin together in large bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time.
In separate bowl, sift together flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and cloves. Add to pumpkin mixture alternately with milk. Stir in cranberries and chocolate chips.
Pour into 2 well-greased bread pans.
Bake at 300°F for 1 1/4 hours. Cool before removing from pans.
