2 cups cabbage, shredded
green pepper, diced
celery, diced
cauliflower, diced
broccoli, diced
black olives, sliced
pepperoni slices
longhorn or provolone cheese, diced
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons celery seeds, optional
1/3 cup olive oil
Make up a big bowlful of vegetables. Bring vinegar, sugar and celery seeds to a boil to dissolve sugar. Cool and then add olive oil. Pour over vegetables and let set at least eight hours before serving . . . save dressing and keep adding more vegetables if wanted.
