Haystacks

1 cup butterscotch pieces
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 oz chow mein noodles
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in the top of a double boiler. Fold in chow mein noodles, then marshmallows. Drop by tablespoon onto greased waxed paper. Cool.

Makes 2 dozen. (Country Cookies)
