Gramma Hardy’s Pineapple Dessert

CRUST
2 cups crushed graham wafers
1/2 cup melted butter

FILLING
1/2 cup butter
1-1/2 cups icing sugar
2 eggs

TOPPING
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
1 can crushed pineapple

Mix crust ingredients, saving some for topping. Pat into 9×9 pan & bake 350 deg for 15 minutes. Let Cool.

Beat together filling ingredients and spread on crust.

To make topping, fold pineapple into whipped cream. Spread on top.

Sprinkle a few graham wafer crumbs on top and refrigerate.
