2 (10-ounce) cans chunk chicken
1 cup sliced green grapes
1/2 cup chopped pecans or slivered almonds
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (8-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
3/4 cup creamy cucumber salad dressing
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Mixed salad greens
Combine first 7 ingredients, gently mixing well. Chill.
Serve on a bed of mixed salad greens.
