18 lb 12 oz ham, canned
200 slices (12 lb) bread
1 quart (2 lb) mustard, prepared (optional)
4 lb. lettuce, fresh, trimmed (optional)
Slice ham into 1/4 inch slices (3 oz portions). Grill on lightly greased 350 degrees F. griddle about 3 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Spread bread with mustard.
Place 3 oz ham on 1 slice of bread; top with lettuce and second slice of buttered bread.
NOTE:
18 lb 12 oz ham, boneless, cooked, frozen may be used.
