Fantastic Hot Dogs!

2 cups red cooking wine
3 cups sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 package Certo (box)
2/3 cup mustard
2 pounds hot dogs, cut in pieces

Be sure to wash the hot dogs thoroughly. Mix all together and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
