2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 slices of fully-cooked turkey breast sandwich meat
Cook eggs to preference – scrambled, over easy, it doesn’t matter.
On a warm skillet, grill the turkey quickly.
On an oven-safe plate, put down the toast, then the turkey, then 1/2 the cheese, the eggs, and then the remaining half of the cheese.
Put the plate in a preheated 350*F (175*C) oven for two minutes. Remove and eat with along with your favorite juice.
Makes 1 to 2 servings.
