Eggplant Pizza

1/2 package frozen bread dough, thawed
1 ml olive oil
1 eggplant, sliced & grilled
8 roma tomatoes, sliced
125 ml artichoke hearts
15 ml black olives, chopped
1 ml garlic salt
30 ml fresh basil, chopped
15 ml Parmesan cheese, grated
75 ml mozzarella cheese, grated

Press bread dough onto a pizza pan or cookie sheet, forming a crust. Rub dough lightly with olive oil. Top crust with eggplant, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and olives. Sprinkle with garlic salt, basil, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) for 15 to 20 minutes on middle rack of oven until cheese is bubbling and crust is lightly browned.
