Eggnog

1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
milk
grating of nutmeg

Beat egg with salt and sugar. Pour into tall glass. Add vanilla and fill with milk. Stir and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
