Easy Cheese Lasagne

12 lasagne noodles
30 ml olive oil 2 tbsp
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, finely chopped
75 ml fresh parsley, chopped 1/3 cup
750 g cottage cheese 1 1/2 lb
750 ml pasta sauce 3 cup
75 ml water 1/3 cup
50 ml mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/4 cup

Cook lasagne according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool.

In saucepan; heat oil. Add garlic, onion and parsley. Cook until tender. Add cottage cheese to onion mixture.

In a separate bowl; combine pasta sauce and water.

In 13 x 9 inch (3.5 L) baking dish; spread 1/4 of sauce mixture. Top with 3 noodles, another 1/4 sauce and 3 more noodles.

Spread cheese mixture over noodles. Top with 3 more noodles and 1/4 sauce; cover with remaining noddles and sauce. Sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 3 to 35 minutes.
