Easy Cheddar Cheese Loaf

3 3/4 cups biscuit baking mix
3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
1 large egg
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Combine baking mix and cheese. Add milk, egg and pepper, stirring 2 minutes or until blended. Spoon into a 9 x 5-inch greased loaf pan.

Bake loaf at 350*F (175*C) for 45 minutes.

Makes 1 loaf.
