Dry Jerk Seasoning

1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoon ground thyme
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon dried chives or green onions

Mix all ingredients together. Store in a tightly closed jar. Will keep for over a month.

Makes about 5 TBS.
