1/2 large english seedless cucumber, sliced 1/2
250 ml sour cream 1 cup
15 ml fresh dill weed 1 tbsp
5 ml lemon juice 1/2 tsp
salt & pepper to taste
In a medium bowl; mix sour cream, dill weed, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add cucumber slices. Chill for approximately 30 minutes before serving.
