1 cup Hellmann’s Dijonnaise Creamy Mustard Blend
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1-1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast *
Mazola No Stick corn oil cooking spray
6 cups mixed salad greens (optional)
* or use 1-1/2 lb pork or turkey cutlets
In 8 inch square baking dish combine creamy mustard blend, honey, soy sauce, orange juice and ginger; reserve half the sauce. Add chicken to sauce in baking dish, piercing several times with fork and turning to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature no longer than 30 minutes or refrigerate several hours.
Before igniting grill or broiler, spray rack with cooking spray. Grill or broil chicken 6 inches from heat, 8 minutes, turning occasionally or until tender. Serve chicken with reserved sauce. If desired serve on mixed greens.
