4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
2 green bell peppers, sliced
2 red bell peppers, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
2 teaspoons curry powder, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 cup water
Place in covered baking dish all of the ingredients. Cover tightly and cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
