Curried Crab Dip (Microwave)

15g butter
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 stick celery, finely chopped
250g creamed cheese
3 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
250g can crabmeat
30g canned pimentos, drained and diced

Microwave 700 watts

Combine butter, curry powder, onion, celery and pimentos in a medium bowl. Cook on HIGH for 2-1/2 minutes, or until vegetables have softened, stirring twice. Add cream cheese. Cook on HIGH or until softened. Stir until well mixed. Stir in milk, lemon juice, crab and parsley. Spoon dip into a bowl and serve with vegetable sticks.
