8 ounces smoked sausage
1 (12-ounce) can pineapple chunks
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
Cut sausage in half crosswise. Place in a microwave-safe dish and micro-cook on HIGH for 1 minute. Turn, add pineapple chunks (drained) and sprinkle with curry and seasoned salt. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Keep warm.
Makes 4 appetizer servings.
