1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
Boiling water
2 TBSP rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
Salt to taste
Pour boiling water over cucumber slices in colander. Shake well and dry in dish towel.
Lay on platter and add rice vinegar, sugar and salt.
Serve with Tuna
